Neurogenic Dancing

Use your lunch hour to shake off your stress with some Neurogenic Dancing. We combine TRE (Neurogenic Tremoring) with Ecstatic Dancing. You should have some experience with TRE before joining this class and can learn more about TRE here.

All you'll need is space to move your body, perhaps wireless headphones, some water near by and a yoga mat to lay on.
